Guidance for using the AWD Data Security Training Portal.
Getting started
- Sign in with the work email and password provided by your administrator.
- Open My Courses to see every course assigned to you.
- Complete all slides in a course before the final exam unlocks.
- Pass the exam (70% minimum) to receive your certificate.
Frequently asked questions
- I cannot sign in
- Ask your administrator to confirm your account is active and that courses are assigned. Use Forgot password if you need a reset link.
- The exam is locked
- You must read every slide assigned to your role/technology track before attempting the exam.
- I failed the exam
- You may retake the exam as many times as needed. After each exam, slide reading resets so you review the full course before the next attempt. Your reading logs, scores, and certificates are kept for every attempt.
- How do I verify a certificate?
- Use the certificate verification page and enter the code shown on the certificate.
